Kansas City's Most Modern Wedding Photo Booth

We have been busy this past year designing a booth for our clients that gives a modern, non-stereotypical feel that can be expected from Elite Sounds.

We have spent hundreds of hours coming up with something not only unique, but also offers some of the best quality equipment available.

We've excited to be able to offer this to our modern brides for 2012!

Contact us for availability, and let's start working towards making your event one that will be talked about for years to come!

What Is The Best Floor Layout For Your Reception?

From an entertainment perspective, the layout of your space for your reception can be key, and sadly a deal breaker when it comes to the outcome of your event. As you are searching for an event space, or are choosing how to logistically layout your room, consider the following:

Can Your Entertainment Be Set Up Next To The Dance Floor?

Some locations require your DJ to set up in a back corner or on a remote stage area with tables of guests who are unfortunately located between the speakers and the dance floor. This not only prevents the dance floor from attaining the appropriate volume levels for dancing, but it also forces the guests at these unlucky tables to suffer extremely high volume levels throughout the reception.

Does The Room Allow For A Centrally Located Dance Floor?

If your dance floor is at one end of a long room, in a separate room, or around a corner, your guests may feel left out when it is time for your first dance or the bouquet toss. A centrally located dance floor is easy to access for dancing, is more accessible for guests who want to watch the traditional events, is convenient for the catering staff as a place for staging trays of food they will be serving, and will help in making every guest feel more involved.

If your location does not already offer a centrally located floor, ask if it is willing to try such a layout for your reception. The diagrams listed above will help in understanding optimal layouts for successful events.
